****t..went there 10 days ago and it was $10.50...

Also Playa Vista 76 has F&L 105 but it is $11.00 a gallon now. Still cheaper than 100 octane though as you don't have to blend as much.

I am just trying to get back to a hair above 93 octane, what this car really needs. California 91 isn't equivlent to 91 the rest of the US gets, so a tad above 93 is what I like best.

Talked to a distributor, he claimed it was due to the fact that the Racing Unleaded fuel isn't produced in the same quanity therefore it isn't as volatile as regular fuel price fluctuations. He feels it will come down soon as long as gas continues drop. What is true is it didn't go up the same percentage as 91 octane fluctuated. The 105 use to be $9.00 per gallon now it's just $10.50 where I go. Also different stations have different prices for the same fuel. Agoura hills has VP100 for $6.99..

I don't know of anyone using Sunoco racing unleaded fuels in S.Cali. Most are running VP 100, F&L 105 or Trick 101.

Update...Playa Vista 76 (Lincoln and Manchester) in Playa del Rey now has the F&L 105 for $9.85, they were getting Sunoco for the same price. The F&L smells so good when it burns.
