Welcome to 6speed.

Very nice car, did you get the 4S for all the snow, or did the sales guy tell you it was great in the rain! ; p

Snow in Texas...every once in a while it could happen. I have had my eye on the 4s for awhile.

Thanks all, it certainly has personality!!! The dealer is trying to sell me GT3 RS wheels (black) for 3,800...not including install. Hard decisions ahead

Just curious why you wanted a C4S in Texas. I have a C2S and never wanted a C4 (even though I had Audi's for years prior to getting my 997)?

Not giving you a hard time just curious.

Great Car

I found some private party 2007 GT3RS (black rims) on craigslist with an asking price of $3000

Check craigslist.com then go to san francisco and type GT3RS

The 4 makes up for a lot of driving sins, it's not just about weather. Check out top gear web site and their road tests. When the rear-end breaks...40% of power is applied to the front wheels making it, dear I say, Audi like on the track. With the 4, you don't have the pendulum effect of a standard 911. That may aggravate the purest of Porsche fans...

Congrats and welcome to the club! Just got my C4S Cab three weeks ago myself and prefer the look of the wider rear end over the slimmer models!

I have only had the backend come loose a few times, all of them have been controlled and the PSM (Please Save Me) helped get me to safety.

Enjoy your car it is beautiful.
