Hey guys. Want to get new rims while keeping my Lobsters for off season. What do you guys suggest. I dont want HREs or anything like that was looking for maybe a OEM Porsche rim. I didnt like the Turbo Rims at first when I 1st saw them, but have seen a few on your guys cars and Im really liking them. Or has anybody seen the new Carrera S 2 rim in person how are those. Thanks guys for the help.

 

Oem GT3 RS rims are nice. I like the look of the more aggressive offset and you wouldn't need the spacers like the standard gt3 wheels.

 

I have turbo rims painted arctic silver. Here's a picture-

 

That car would look soooo perfect with h&r springs, like amazingly perfect.

 

That's funny that you said that...I just got finished putting h&r's on . She's loooww now.

 

I like how people are recomending OEM wheels, not a huge aftermarket wheel fan......except for one; RUF, they just work on a 911 from a 993 to a 996 to a 997.

whom ever buys these, two words = powder coat

 

HRE's, Champions, TechArts, Rinspeeds etc would def be my first choice.

But if i were to choose any OEM wheel - i would go for a GT3 wheel above any other..

I am not fan of the stock turbo wheels, but painted Artic Silver like you did they actually look pretty good.

Not wild about them. But they look like they score high on the 'easy to clean' metric. Quite important IMHO.

 

GT3 rims are nice- I also like the clean look of Rinspeed, Ruf and Techart.
