PASM Question ?

I understand the part about the PASM's interaction with the Sport button and can readily feel the difference when it is engaged. My question is, is the car 10mm lower than stock all the time or only when Sport Mode is engaged ? As I don't have a stock 997 nearby to compare the 2 cars side by side and, given the fact that 10mm is a small dimension, all the talk about the way the car sits lower than stock and looks so much better/different would seem to have less visual impact to me than 19" or 20" wheels would compared to 18". As I don't track the car I don't have any reference point from which to compare the 10mm advantage in that arena either. Is it all a visual thing if you don't track your car ?

giorgief is infamous around these parts
The pasm models are always 10mm lower. I dont see the visual difference neither but the car steers so much better with the pasm in sport

Are you sure that cars with pasm are lower - or just stiffer when activated?

Thanks for clearing it up for me and confirming I'm not the only one who can't see the 10mm difference. Maybe if I park next to a P Car without the PASM I'd be able to see it, doubt it would leave a huge impression on me either way.

You will see the difference if they are next to each other. I actually can tell right off the bat wether a car has PASM or not.

If you are going to swap out the suspenion on a non S then I wouldn't be looking for a car that has PASM.

Car is 0.39370079 in (10mm) lower all the time.
Can you see it?
