Wink LA Auto Show 09 997C4S

I did find the info I was looking for with a Factory rep.

I want the new Spyder wheel asy with my 2010 C4s ( July Build )

At this time it's only offered as a option on the 997TT as of January 09

I going with the std seats ( Heat / Cool ) feature with painted seat back and the leather clothes hook and the leather seat latches with dev stitch

So far 43k in options

Carrara white with Sea blue int , Blue soft top with all leather options with dev stitch, leather on the switch panel and ext color on the vent slats

This 997C4S had leather vent slats , the seats should have been finished off with the seat latches and rear clothes hook in Teracotta red ?

40% of the base price for a C4S with doodads is insane. I'll buy your car in 3 years for the depreciated value of the base price and zero premium for those options.

Hey if you've got that kind of money to burn and prefer the Porsche over a Gallardo or 430, that's up to you. Just let me know when you're bored with it and I will buy it off you for $85K.

By the way I don;t believe you can't get painted seat backs in the comfort seats with heating and cooling, only on the sport & sport adaptives.

I do not like the look of that wheel. Anyone here like this wheel? That is an insane amount of money for options!

Wink ?

The option ( seat back )will be available after sping of next year..

Regarding the wheel comment: Would you spend 9k for Dymag's and another 1k for Ti lug bolts plus tires....

Gee-Bee

Just wait till you buy stuff for a aircraft or helicopter...

What does that have to do with liking the style of the wheels? Reguardless the money those wheels to me look like the really dish outwards..maybe it is the camera angle?

Isn't customizing a Porsche something that has ALWAYS made Porsche unique and special?

BTW, if he's spending $43k on options something tells me he won't have a problem with the depreciation when selling it.

Just my .02.

Thumbs up ? Exclusive Options

That's what I really enjoy is that I can build the car to my spec's...

I did the same with my aircraft years ago , ordered it green ( primed ) and had the best painter do the work I wanted...

Here are a few of my other ride's :

2006 999R Exerox Edition new was 32k

2008 Ducati Desmocedici new was 65k , now 73k

I have two of these and a extra one is on Ebay For sale...

I guess if we are children of the world, watching every day go by, we can afford these things without getting night fever. Enjoy!
