Pedal set
yep, 4 piece set - considering removing the dead pedal to alleviate the problem
I would try that first. Is it drilled into the OEM plastic dead pedal like the gas pedal?
it is drilled in similar to the gas pedal - so will have to close my eyes occasionally so I don't notice the drill holes ...a bummer, but minor in the scheme of things - will assume [foolishly?] that an OEM replacement is pretty cheap
depth, not spacing
Do you think the extenders are needed with the 997s? I have a C2S, and the biggest problem is actually the offset in depth between the brake and throttle, which I know they sell that throttle pedal spacer for. I actually find the pedals to be closer together than they were in my 996!

a try..
I suppose I can always buy them to give them a try and return them if I don't like them...the extenders don't drill into the pedal, they just screw on and off right?
They all mount this way, and if you ever sell the car leave the pedals in place, or clean up the two holes and no one will notice, unless they are looking for it. The brake and clutch are covered with the OEM caps.

i double-sided taped the foot rest. the rest drill holes. i have oem set of pedals too if anyone wants to buy them. don't know why i bought them in the first place.
How did you guys drill the brake? It's metal and I'm having very difficult time drilling the hole. I've used 4 different drill bit including a titanium one, but I can't punch through and the drill slides everywhere. I was able to put the accelerater and clutch pad on.
Yesh, heal and toe is very easy with this set up.

Start with a small drill say 1/16th of an inch and drill a pilot hole. If you cannot get that to work you will need to support the brake pedal from behind and use a center punch to make an indent in the metal and then drill. Eiother way start with a small dril.
How did it go. I have a set that I was going to install this weekend.
Did you replace the screws for the brake pedal. Any tips that you would recommend. Thanks.
