Does anyone know how Porsche gets their 0-60 times? Do they ride the clutch to avoid wheel hop? Do they rev the engine to 5000 rpm before starting?

Actually Porsche times are conservative because they dont submit their cars to axle hop. If you want those 4.0 sec 0-60 runs you are going to have to take the spurs to her and she will axle hop. Rev the car to 4500rpm and let the clutch out quickly yet smoothly and it will axle hop all the way through 1st gear. I was told by several people on this board I didnt know how to drive as I was making my car axle hop. Yet the magazines that recorded real low 0-60 and 1320 times all said the car will axle hop all the way through 1st gear.Dave
