X51 sound on 997.2 possible?

A friend of mine tested some Porsches yesterday and I had the "honor" of joining him.

The first one:
997 C4S with X51 (which comes with PSE)
second one:
997 C2S with PSE

the first one sounded much more brutal (and I preferred it to the sound of standard engine + PSE). Any idea where the difference is? Is it the airbox? Exhaust headers?

Just wondering if it is possible to get the same kind of noise out of a 997.2, it sounded amazing!

Probably a combination of the airbox, headers and PSE.

No sound clips, sorry.

Honestly, I don't think sound clips do justice to the sound of an exhaust. Take 10 clips and they all sound different, and IRL the experience is different again.

Yeah the X51 headers and airbox is what you are hearing.
