I have 200 Cel AWE cats with PSE and it sounds great. (X51 headers also)
In sport mode its pretty loud. Sports mode off and its slightly more aggressive then stock up until you get to around 5500 RPM and then it's loud again.

There is a bunch of people on this forum with PSE and aftermarket Hi Flow Cats, as the others have said it works very well. As well it keeps the sound to a legal level in normal mode, in sport it sounds amazing, but will be too loud of a lot of tracks.

It is not too loud for the everyday driving. Turn the radio off and enjoy the sound of the engine

with my setup sport mode is too loud for everyday driving with the top down. I use sport mode when I want the extra sound by my habits have changed from always being in sport mode to now just every now amd then. I might consider different if I was not in a Cab.

I would much rather have it be loud just as long as its not horrible inside the car

From what I understand, highflow cats gives you the most noticeable gains in comparison with aftermarket mufflers or headers.

I have heard that about headers, but the cats are amazing. They add a little more life to the car. I was at a track day this past summer, and the instructor was working with two drivers, he went from my car to an x51 06 C2S and he commented that my car was quicker. I told him that the other car has more power, he said HP doesn't matter, it matters to him how fast the car was and my car felt faster to him. Just wait until he tries it with the LWFW!

Check youtube, there is a white 997S on there with PSE and 200CELL cats. Not sure how acuratly the sound bite represents this setup. Seems a little raspy, reminds me of the rasp the E46 M3 has.
