How are bumper plugs suppose to fix this!!!!?????

dajgazu is infamous around these parts
I spoke with the dealership where I purchased the car..Park Place in Dallas. They offered to buy the car back from me. I told them if they give me $500 will call it a day. They are mailing me $500...not bad...

It appears to me that someone also ran into something with this car.. otherwise why is the bumper so distorted with flat spots, rather than just having the holes for the attachement screws? That or they used the improper plate bracket.

my vote is to keep it clean and dont go boy racer with it. just fix it or replace with the same bumper.
