I've always thought that black on black with red seat belts would be kind of neat. Have you seen a car with that before you ordered it?
Don't forget to post some pics when you get delivered!

No, I wanted a little life in the interior as I thought maybe I went too conservative.
I thought it would set off the red brake calipers. I hope it works . thanks I will post a few pics when its here. I have now a 997 Basalt Black with tan interior and felt the regular black looks better with a great wax job . I went for the Black leather interior as I wanted a change.....

Red Seat Belts

I think you made an excellent choice. The red seats belts are one of my favorite options. My car has Stone Grey Leather with Red Belts. But my next car prob an 2011 GT3 will have Black Int with Red Belts and Red deviated stitching. Check out the Pics.

Mine is the first pic. The rest are of a Triple Black Turbo I found.

I have them in my car, and they are nice. but not $500+. You can get a set of custom aftermarket ones from Sun Coast with red piping for about $150.00

Mods?!? Wait for the car to arrive, for you to get through the 2000 mile break in, spend another 1k or more getting used to the car at full-capacity, and then start thinking about if anything needs a tweak

Just one thing - when the car arrives, ask for the alignment to be checked as every car I have personal knowledge of (including my own previous ones) have come with a bad alignment and Porsche has fixed it no charge - but only if within the first 3 months or 2000 miles.

I was thinking of just starting with the SharkWerks 997S muffler bypass system ,(I originally ordered sports exhaust but the build date would have been postponed 2-3 months.) and the Evolution Motorsports Carrera S V-Flow Air Intake . But you think I should wait.?...Thanks for the alignment tip. I will definetly request that.

Ok, now that makes sense - SharkWerks bypass

When mine arrives, the first things going in are primary bypass and software.

Cheers Ron and I'm really looking forward to seeing/hearing your thoughts on this car. You've gone down a windy Porsche road so your perspective will be interesting. My guess is you'll like this new car:P
