13% off on 20009's?

I was just doing a random search on autotrader.com and saw some 09' 997's ( Ray Cantena Porshe) being discounted 13% off MSRP. wow! I got 5% off my 09' but granted I placed my order on July 08' and didn't want to renegotiate after the fact.

I did get lucky in one aspect though. I traded in my 07' 997 in July rather than waiting until deliver of my 09' and they gave me 59k for it, what's more, my 07' had been in an accident. I don't think I would get 40k for that car if I were trading it in today.

Looks like a Launch car at a "lost leader" price. It does say $13k off MSRP of $100k. It's the only one near that discount though, look at the rest.

I love the launch car, especially since it has the GT2 seats. I may try to find a used one once the prices fall even further. There has to be a fair number made.

Wow great times for the buyer. The new 09's are such a nice stride forward too.
