997 S, removing rear seats, how to?

so I hopped in back hoping it would be obvious, but it's not. Anyone here have some pointers on removing the rear seats. I figured out the bottom cushion is just velcro'd on. How do you get the seat backs to come out? Also, for those that removed the rear seats, did you keep the carpeting in or pull that out as well?

Pictures to entice would-be helpers, thanks...

I removed my rear seats.

You need to pop a few little plastic covers on the outer sides of the seat backs, then you need to remove a few bolts. I believe that the centre bracket is the same way.

I left the carpet and rear seat hangers in place, as I may want to reinstall them one day.

Thanks, that was enough. Worth noting that the center black cap should be pulled towards the front of the car (not up) and the side caps should kind of be pulled towards the floor and slightly away from the side.

As for the weight, more like 20lbs at best.
