Looking for a bit of help. I just purchased a set of brake cooling ducts (the basic kind) for my 997S but I'm ashamed to say that I really don't know exactly where and how to do the install. Does anyone have a how to, or a photo or two to say and show how this goes together? I'm under the impression that this is simple mod, so I hope it's equivalently easy to document.

If you look underneath the front wheels, by the A arm suspension component, you'll see that the 997S has a smaller cooling duct already attached. Study the attachments as it will tell you exactly how to install the GT3 cooling ducts. You remove the original duct by basically unhooking it from the suspension arm, and replacing it with the GT3 duct.

I did it as well, and I'm not that mechanically inclined like some members here.

I believe Rennlist has an explanation for this, IIRC.

Yep, that did it. Once I had the front up and the wheel(s) off, it became clear what had to be done and how to do it. It's a fairly quick mod, with likely commensurately low value
I think I'm done mod'ing for a while. Going to enjoy driving it as is (unless of course those wheels/tires that Sharkie mentioned prove to be irresistable...).
