I'm currently using 19" wheels for the track because I have 380mm Brembo rotors front and rear (I would do this differently if I had it to do over). I don't have as many tire options with the 19's, but both Hoosier R6's and Toyo R888's are available now in 19" sizes that fit, so it has worked out o.k.
