Removing Bumperettes - Euro Plate

I might be shipping my P-car to Europe. Does anyone know how easy the bumperettes are to remove and if a Euro plate would cover the holes left. The dimensions are 4.38" high and 20.44" wide. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

You would have to also replace the bumper itself (which is a bar behind the bumper cover) to the euro style. The bumperettes that you see are covers that fit over two protrusions affixed to this reinforcement bar (bumper) that sits behind the bumper cover. You would then have to have the holes filled where the bumperettes go since a euro plate would probably not cover them.

They do have NA sized plates in Europe. I would double check before you spend the money to convert it.

As an FYI, I removed the bumperettes when I upgraded to the Vorsteiner bumper. As mentioned , they are attached to the steel plate via rivets. An air-chisel cut the rivets off in no time.
