Guys the exhaust on the 6 speed and PDK is EXCATLY the same. Borla, if you got either transmission cars in for the work either will work as there is zero difference in the stock exhaust design.

Thanks for the head's up! As luck would have it, we just got a lead on a Gen II 997. Thanks again for the feedback; we'll keep you posted on our development.

 

How long does it usually take from when you get a car till when one can place an order?

 

I waited 2 years for the 997.1S exhaust so I hope that will kind of give you a timeline. Although to be fair Borla was moving in the interim..

One would hope that given that the other manufacturers had 997.2 mufflers out pretty quickly, Borla should be able to adapt their 997.1 mufflers quickly as well.

 

Completely different animal from what I see. They had the 997.1 non S out in about a year...it just took another year for the S. The issue already is that it took them a year just to procure a car for fitment.

BTW, you have good taste in PCars.
