SLK is a housewife car. the more expensive variants just mean that her husband is more whipped.

 

All I can tell you is after 1100 miles on my C55 I am impressed with this engine, I mean the thing rips the tranny is crisp and the thing actually chirps the tires shifting into 2nd upon takeoff from a light. Overall the car is a load of fun, great seats, nice fit and finish. Handling is obviously not that of my 996 but then again it has 4 doors and is a sport sedan.
