Can the seller return it to stock or close to stock? If so, you might want to negotiate based upon that condition of the car. If not, and you not a fan of many of the aftermarket add-ons walk away from the car, there are plenty for sale right now and there is no sense buying a car that isn't exactly what you want.

My point? Offer what you would if the car was 100% stock.
Thanks for your input. If I should offer as if the car was stock, than based on KBB, I'd be down to $50-51K. Not sure the seller is going to go for that. I actually made a seperate post specifically related to this here: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-used-car.html

The responses in that post have been very interesting and informative.

The owner will keep the car . Too much to lose if he sells it as if it were stock. It's not stock . If one goes out and buys Techart parts and installs them it will add up fast . Someone will want his car .

It's not like BMW where modding a car can cost a few K . Customizing a Porsche can cost as much as the car itself in some cases --like mine.

If you are not comfortable with some of those mods or the software flash there are many stock black 997S cars and you add mods as you wish.

I agree, as a new owner myself, I found there were many cars (stock) priced very competitively....depends how far from your home turf you are willing to go really....
