How to remove the service now

script on the info panel other than taking it to dealer? I want to do my own 2 yr. service as the car only has 13kmiles on the car. The "service now" script is showing up on startup on the info panel. I know with Durametric software I can do this but is their a good hand held OBD2 scanner that can do this as well?

I tried an OBDII scanner purchased on Amazon to try to get rid of an airbag warning light...It did not work so I returned it. I purchased Durametric and have used it numerous times now. I actually have the "service now" warning, but have yet to clear it.

The only way to get rid of the Airbag warning is with the PIWIS. I have my side airbags deactivated and my airbag warning lights (for these airbags only) while the track seats are in the car.

Ed, I was able to clear my airbag warning light with my Durametric. I forgot to plug the passenger airbag warning module back in after my painted center console install and it threw the airbag waning light on the dash. I was able to clear it with no problem after plugging it back in and using the Durametric software.

Interesting, I guess the Durametric can clear the warnings, but I guess it won't stop the system from seeing the missing airbag that mine is missing right now.

Thanks for clearing this up.

I got my X51 intake, we should hook up. Love to see your setup and get some input.

From what I have been reading the Durametric software will clear the service reminder.
