The other day after a heavy rain my passenger carpet was wet. Anyone know why? My car also has a terrible humid smell now. I removed my mats and let the carpet dry but it is still there (much better though), how should I get rid of it?

It sounds like your passenger side drain could be plugged, so the water is finding its way in. Take a garden hose n run it around yourwindshield and roof and see if it starts to leak inside.

 

Use a wet/dry vac to vacuum the moisture out of the carpet. You are done when you can no longer feel moisture with your hand. Hope this info is not too late.
