Is anyone who installed an Afterhours exhaust throwing codes or experiencing problems with early throttle stutter or engine mis-starts?? I'm trying to see if there's a connection. Also, car definitely seems to have lost a little on the low-end...I'm guessing lack of backpressure?

Any help would be appreciated!!

I doubt its a loss of back pressure causing this. If you still have the stock cats on the car that is the most restrictive part of the exhaust system. What kind of codes are you throwing?

No problems to report with my AfterHours Mufflers, unless you consider turning heads to be problematic

I did, however, disconnect my battery for a few hours after install, as my car felt sluggish after the mod. Few hours later, it was back to normal, and sounding ferocious. No error codes whatsoever.

Loss on the low end is common with no mufflers but you gain it on the top end.
