Anyone knows where to get these taillights?
or is it just dark film installed over stock taillights?

 

nope, no dark film, you dont want that, the light wont shine through as well. I did it on my car at my bodyshop. Its a special lens paint, spray on, spray clearcoat, polish and "voala". I live in Staten Island if you want to come see them in person. Hope these pics help, also you can go lighter as we did on the black turbo, on the turbo I also blacked the wheels and markers
