996tt vs 997.2 pdk

Keep in mind that 7 years ago the 996tt (new) priced pretty close to a nicely optioned 997.2 PDK . This (stock to stock) run looks very close . Look at the jump start with the 997.2 PDK .
A few mods on that 996tt and its ferocious but stock to stock this is quite impressive.

J.Seven is infamous around these parts
The Tip. 996TT was not in the proper gear to jump start, but even so, this particular 997S is unbelieveble fast. I believe a manual stock 996TT will be faster than the PDK car, specialy above 100Mph.
Have you seen the side by side with 997PDK vs R8 it smashed the Audi completly, and even with the Gallardo was a close race. The PDK+DFI makes the 385Hp look more like +400Hp on the 997. This time Porsche nail it, the previous generations were much more closer the competition, than this new generation. Just take a look at M3 vs 997PDK, it put to shame the BM. Congrats Porsche.

I was surprised to see 997.2S do as well as it did. I thought it would lose . Granted . the cars were stock, the 996tt was driven poorly (IMO) and we all know what levels the 996tt can go BUT the lag was evident in that car and pitted against modern technology it got its butt kicked .
