PSM = Porsche Stability Management, standard on all 997 I believe
PASM = Porsche Active Suspension Management, this is where the suspension is firmed up or softened when needed. There is a button with a shock as symbol when the car is equipped with this option.
That's how I understand it. Corrections are welcomed.
