You'll have to swap out the headers as the cats are integrated with the headers. FVD makes a sweet setup, but be prepared to pay.

There has been some independent dynos done and I believe it was a whole exhaust system and the user picked up 27rwhp, somewhat less than what AWE (who stands by their dyno) claimed, which I believe was in the neighborhood of 34rwhp. With just the cats and mufflers AWE got 27rwhp and a bunch of torque, close to 32 ft/lbs.

after reading this post i took advantage of AWE's xmas sale on a pair of cats. had them installed this week and whoa...what a great sound it makes, with sport mode on or off. this is how the car should sound. the evo instake didn't do it for me, but the sound diff is immediately noticable. +1 for AWE...
