I just love going even lighter . If my car remains stock exterior (which it will for awhile) I will leave the stock wheels , I like them .

If I ever decide to dress the exterior I would do the factory aerokit and brushed Hre Comp wheels . I found a pic of a white car 997.1 car .Here;s the aerokit too . http://www.gtspirit.com/2009/04/25/s...-997-facelift/

Considering that you Turbo is all black, it is weird that you like it even lighter... I really like the new wheels as well, but it even looks better in black

I dunno, I like to add a little contrast to the car depending on the color...

For example if the car is a light color like mine, add a little darker parts (such as the Red Taillights, Dark Colored Wheels, Window Tint, CF Mirror Inserts, Rear Diffuser)

If it's black like yours, add a little aluminum/silver parts (Brushed Wheels, Silver CF Mirror Insets, Rear Diffuser in Silver, etc...)

It's just my opinion... You're free to agree or disagree...

If you get the OEM Porsche wheels new, they are pretty much the same price as the HREs... I actually really like the Turbo wheels, but I wanted to go with darker color wheels

Mine are 19s, 20s look a little ridiculous... The brakes seem tiny. And I swapped my tires from the OEM wheels Needed to save some money on the tires

I know, I also love seeing new and different cars! But I kind of hate it when the questions I had don't get answered and the topic completely shifts from the original topic...

It's really hard to notice Black CF on a Black car... Especially since the TechArt mirror inserts are Matte CF...

His are the 19 in monoblock .
Mine are the 19 in Competition series .
20's are large and they do change the ride and driving dynamics .

I do like both the monoblock and step lip wheels . I lean more towards the step lip as they are light strong wheels and I also like a little dish in my wheel.

20s look too ghetto... I like the 2 piece HREs as well, but they were a little more expensive So I went for the Monoblock P40...

BTW I just looked at the link for the new Aerokit, looks weird... The front bumper is almost exactly the same as stock but with a front lip, and the rear wing is the same Taco wing on 997.1... I don't like it very much...

spend your money on performance

not body parts - get the ponies and stay OEM on the ground effects - the car is what it is.
