Hi everyone!

I have a white 2009 997.2 C2.

I saw the new 997.2 GT3 updated look, love everything about it of course.

when do you guys think the aerokit will be released? i assume i dont really have to change the front bumper because its somewhat simular..and i live in a city where there is lots of basement to enter..

but i would love the new gt3 wing, what do you guys think, how it would look against the stock 997.2 front bumper?
when will the wing be available?

I would definitely get it. According to the offical Porsche 2010 Order Guide, the aerokit is available as a build option on a new car: "Available from approx. 11/2009".

So I would look for the OEM kit to be available around that time.

The OEM GT3 front bumper, rear bumper and rear spoiler are available at your local dealership. We just picked up an OEM rear bumper for our next shop project. I hope I didnt let the cat out of the bag on this one

 

thats what i thought, i would prefer originals from the dealership.
dealership told me they dont have it availabe yet. (im in taiwan)
so i gues i gotta wait

I have to warn you on something, do not get the OEM 997.2 GT3 wing!!! GT3s have the air intake on the right side of the engine, and your 997.2 C2 has dual intakes. Be sure to get the Aerokit Wing!

Btw FVD just came out with a new lip for 997.2 front bumpers, it simply looks amazing and it would be much cheaper then replacing your bumper! Be sure to check it out...

I agree with Sin . I like the OEM aerokit made specifically for the 997S .

 

Hey Larry, I saw your new 997.2 C2S in the Collection a couple days ago She looks stunning! But I think you need some spacers in the rear

Also the 997.2 S wheels look amazing in black! Just a suggestion...

 

After the suspension settles I will get new spacers . The 5mm can be increased a bit.

I'll NEVER do black wheels . ever.
