alarm going off after long drive

Hi All,
I'm probably going to take the car in to have them take a look, but I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this.

I just came back from a long drive 200 miles with lots of traffic up hwy 1. The car is sitting in my garage (quiet, dark, nothing going on there). After about 10 minutes the alarm went off. After I go and unlock the car and look around, I lock it again. Then it goes off a 2nd time after another ~10 minutes.

I'm not sure what would set it off... right now I've opened the sun roof and left the car unlocked in the garage.

any thoughts?

Have you tried --starting your engine , shutting it off , and then locking up the car ?

Did you leave your cell phone in the car? I have had this happen - actually only a week or so ago. Got the manual out and it seems to imply that a cell phone in the car (among other things) can trigger the alarm.

I found an old post on here or rennlist where others had the same problem.
