DIY eBrake install? Anyone do it?

Ordered a new eBrake ($75, brand new from eBay) since the leather on the original was showing some wear.

I'd like to install it myself, has anyone done this? If so, can you lend some support, or point me to some instructions?

I kind of thought the way the guy was handling the brake looked odd, it is funny that you put the whole thing together! Does your wife know you have this problem?
