Green fluid Mystery Solved!

So today I made another trip to the dealer for them to try to find out if indeed I have a power steering leak on my 09 C2S. Last week they put some dye in the pumps fluid.

They used a black light and confirmed that the shaft seal is leaking on the pump. They will have to order the pump so I have to bring the car back for a third time to get this fixed. The service manager told me that he has never seen a pump leak before!

Just my luck... hope they don't have to take to much apart to replace the pump. I hate when they have to take a new car apart because sometimes it leads to other problems.

Anyone else ever had this issue?

I think it is directly between the motor and trans. They pull both together out of the car, seperate them , put in the new pump, and reinstall the motor and tranny JK
