Will my 997.1 Tubi cat-back fit a 996 C2?

i have a 996 C2 buyer interested in my 997.1 tubi exhaust and am wondering if it will fit.

got my answer, thanks. yes, they do fit with a slight adustment to the exit tip due to 996 rear bumper
