schwartzwest is infamous around these parts
I find the ride quality nice and firm. It is definitely noticeable and when you want that sports car suspension and feedback it's there. If the roads are too rough and the ride a little too jarring- turn it off! I absolutely love it!

I assume you are referring to the PASM toggle button which switches between PASM Normal and Sport.

The OP is asking about the PASM Sport suspension (a suspension option) not the Normal/Sport switch.

I understand. Essentially, it switches between PASM Normal and PASM Sport. The former is firmer than a car without PASM but still quite compliant where the latter really provides a stiff sportscar ride.

I have an '09 C4S with the Sports PASM option. I use the switch all the time to switch modes. It is a great option. I suggest that the OP go to the nearest dealer and try a car with the option to see what he thinks. Here in VA I have little problems with road surfaces. But if I was to drive the car in NYC, I might have another view.
