Personally I would avoid a respray. Unless you're going to wrap it with clear bra afterwards, you're just going to get more chips later.

A good detailer should be able to fill the chips and do some wet sanding to blend. It can look great if done right. Perhaps you should ask for some recomendations of detailers in your local area at www.autopia.org
