'05 997 S Cab- Engine Light

My '05 997 s Cab just through off a Check Engine Light- seems to be running fine- oil is fine- I know it could be anything but it's Sunday and I will not be able to get it checked out- Ok to drive it????

Could be as simple as a sensor. If all the other gauges are OK...why not.
