yes they are, forgot to add, to set up the wiring for the front harness is a bit@$, but A.I did it, within a couple of days, but they also do this in their sleep. I'm also a pretty young guy, who works for the city of new york, and they treated me like any other customer, with respect, and kindness, as if i was a Bugatti owner . Meanwhile they had a cl600 v12, in the showroom (i call it a showroom becuase the place is so neat and clean) a gallardo, and they just shipped out a bugatti, over seas, that someone shipped to them to have some work done on. Matt, Todd, & Stan are great people, they have been in the business for awhile and know what they are doing. Trust me on this one, i am **** when it comes to my car.....
P.s add about 4-5 grand for labor cost.paint prep, time and energy etc....
so if you do the math $42,000 grand for a carrera S model o6, and then about 13,000 grand depends on your relationsip with your shop, and that brings you up to $55,000 for a car that brand new goes for 85,000 to 95,000 grand new. A lot of people are interested in doing it, but are scared, Just bring it to A.I design, point black period..... case closed....

rvhpno80: My C4S Cab 997 front bumper recently got hit and need to replace it. I am thinking about ordering 997.2 via bodyshop and in the process getting the daytime running LED's. Do you have the wiring instructions and the parts I need to get this done? I am guessing that 997.2 bumper is exact fit to 997 as well... Thank you in advance.

 

i think this would be a great conversion if your not worried about resale value later. but if your gonna put 997.2 parts on a 997.1, why not at least on put on the 997.2 GT3 bumper

997's have done this with the 997.1 gt3 bumper. i think the 997.2 gt3 bumper would be a better alternative.

 

extremely low sitting gt3 bumper is not for everyone. not for me for sure. my stock bumper on non-lowered car is all heavily scratched already.

I think you have missed out the rear bumper heat shields,they hold the tail lights as well..oh yes you need the .2 head lite washers nozzles as well..

 

Right now, I'm in communication with Efren from that link on eBay, lets see how this all turns out. I dont think he knows about the conversion that much, do you think I can acquire control modules seperately if he doesnt pack them?

 

Without knowing for sure, I would guess they would be available as I assume they would have separate part numbers and could be ordered from Suncoast or Sunset etc.

I haven't done this myself but am interested in how it turns out as I would be interested in doing the front bumper (only) upgrade myself.
