Whats the value of a ~3 month old 8500 mile C4S launch car? Just trying to get an idea of car value. Thanks.

Dealership offered my car with 6K miles at $72K toward a TT trade and it's an 997.2 C4S with MSRP ~ 102K.

Jman, thanks for the reply. I'm assuming the $72k was a trade-in value. I'm looking for what insurance would value the car at rather then trade-in value. Does anyone know if these are usually about the same or how much higher / lower the insurance value is?

No story just yet. As for the MSRP, isn't the 09 C4S launch car more then $102k sticker? and $72k sounds a little low for replacement value even on a $100k sticker car. I was under the assumption that trade-in and replacement are two different items.

Insurance pays book value not new value. If leased there is gap insurance which fills that price gap . also 72K is not what a dealership woild sell the car for plus if traded the tax credit applies to that amount.

Wow thats some driving in 3 months

Launch cars stickered at roughly $110K (meteor grey ones?). Were selling at $85-90K new. So I reckon its worth $75-80K.
