Unbelieveable II
I got a call this AM from the PCNA Reg. Mgr. who said he was sent a copy of my letter from Stuttgart. He was calling to apologize and wanted me to know that I would be receiving letters of apology from the local dealer who screwed up and from PCNA and PAG.
He wanted me to know that from this point forward whenever I wanted a car PCNA would take care of the ordering and make sure I had a priority slot on any model.
He wanted to know if I had any issues with the C2S. I told him I was thrilled with the car and so far it is perfect. He said if anything goes wrong with my 997S or Cayenne S to call him personally and he would expedite any service.
Pretty good customer service! I guess they do not want to lose a customer who has bought six Porsches over the last 24 years.
