Need help! After charging my battery using CTEK I am experiencing a problem with dome / door lights. They just wouldn't go off. If I arm security system, they turn off very quickly. But if I leave the car with the doors shut and security system off, the lights just stay on. My car is '08 Carrera S. Thanks!

 

Have you tried testing a complete cycle to reset the system ? (What i mean is -- open the door , start the car , shut off the car . open door, get out of car, lock the door. Then look and see if it still has the problem.)

 

Tried to go through the whole cycle: disabled alarm, started the car, shut it down, got out, closed the door. The lights in the doors and dome light stayed on! Enabled alarm, all lights went off. Any other suggestions?

 

Have you checked the lights' switches? All of us turn those lights on an then forget...
