Carrera Classics 305s?

May be ordering a 2011 C2S. Question: If I order Carrera Sport option wheels, the come with 305s in the rear. It won't let you order the 5mm spacers as they must already be there or the tire is too wide.

If I order Carrera Classics, will I also get a 305 in the rear? I like the looks of the wider wheels.

You can put 305's with no issues on a Carrera Classic, you just can't order it that way unless you order the Carrera Sport wheels.

Stated another way, the Carrera Sport wheels are 11.5" wide, and therefore come with 305 tires. The extra width fits without the need for spacers. The Carrera Classics are 11" wide, and therefore come with 295 tires. Some people choose to put 305's on their 11" rims.

so, if I order the spacers with the Carrera Classics, will they push the rear wheels out a bit and make the rear end look a bit "squatty".....which is the beefy rear look I'm trying to achieve...??

Yes.

Keep your eyes open on the classifieds, as spacers are often available there.
