GT3 Bumper & Center Radiator

Thinking about adding a GT3 bumper and center radiator kit to a 09 C4S. No rear wing will be added and car may see dome DE days. Thoughts?

As an aside, if anyone knows the price for a GT3 bumper, a standard bumper, and the center radiator kit, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Contact forum sponsor Suncoast. From what I have read, they have the best prices on new Porsche parts. http://www.suncoastparts.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?

Thanks for the reply. Already have an email out to them, just figured I would also check to make sure no one has encountered any issues with adding a GT3 bumper w/o rear wing. I understand Porsche "officially" has to recommend you add both, but in practice, I've learned things can be quite different.

I've done both - as you are considering. FWIW, I have a Cab, and have not tracked the car, but it all works magnificently. I purchased the parts from SunCoast, had the paintwork done at a local bodyshop, but did the installation of the center radiator and the re-installation of the front bumper myself. Easy as pie.
And re the absence of the rear wing, causing the theoretical imbalance, again citing the Cab caveat, I've not noticed any issues. I suspect that unless you're traveling at triple-digit speeds, you'll not have an issue.
GL with the changes. You'll really like it. There's a lot of debate about the value of the added center radiator. Though there is no downside, I accept that it is not needed per se, but it adds cooling 'headroom' on those rare high heat, bumper-to-bumper drives, and looks a lot better than having that big plastic 'plug' in the center of the GT3 piece.

I just saw this car today. It looks amazing in person . I was somewhat more intrigued by the Orange Gt3 they had but I took time out to look at this car in detail. The front Gt3 RS spoiler with the Techart looks incredible . I would put a rear wing on it but that's a personal taste opinion . It happens to be a similar color to your car. https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...nice-pics.html

We will be adding the new (gen 2) Aerokit bumper and full aerokit to the site soon, that might be a good option too.

Looks fantastic. Do you guys sell carbon fiber rear GT3 deck lid air scoops for the 997.1?
