I'm looking at a 997 with the dark blue interior. Its out of town so I can't see it in person, but the pictures look pretty reasonable. If anyone has this interior color I'd like to hear your thoughts, as I'm trying to decide on traveling to purchase the car.

It depends on the exterior color. I know of a white car w/ dark blue interior which looks very nice.

not a fan..i would only do tan or black on a p car.
it amazes me that some people dont care about the inside and outside colors of their ride...part of the experience for me is having a beautiful car..i know beauty is in the eye of the beholder but some colors are just plain ugly...

 

I love sea blue !! It looks amazing with Gt silver or white.

 

I have the Sea Blue Interior and love it. The exterior of my Pcar is Midnight Blue and the two look great together. I also think the blue interior cleans up easily and doesn’t show dirt or wear.

 

didnt you have a 997 and then super charge it? then you bought a turbo? what are you driving now? gimme the scoop..which car you like the best?

 

Had -
1) 05 launch car -stock. The theives liked it as much as i did. The xenon lighs were stolen so many times I sold it one year later.

2) 07 997S . It took 18 months to heal . Bought another 997s and tuned it with Champion;s F77 Tubi package. Then I wanted the Turbo.

3) 2007 Turbo . 5 months after I bought the 997S I traded it for the Turbo and modded my current car to an EVT700 , Techart Type 1 kit, Bilsteins/Gt2 sway, Tubi race, Brembo BBK, Hre C20's. , Stage 4 Gt2 conversion clutch. This is my best car I have ever had.

4) Kept the Turbo but also bought a 2009 PDK 997S , Tuned it with FVD complete exhaust and software , and Blisteins.

 

so i was wrong about the super charger?

I do have modified Turbos --maybe that's why you thought it was me ?

Mine is Arctic Silver with Sea Blue. Sea Blue is a beautiful dark blue, a nice alternative to black.

 

Not feeling the sea blue. Natural leather and cocoa are my favorites. And of course sand beige.

 

i love sea blue, wish more cars had it... hard to find used with blue.
