Wow that was a great deal! The market is strong right now for dealerships so under 50k (was hoping to get him down to 46k ) for an 06 C2 seems good. I was also looking for a C2S for under 50k and that looks more like an 2005 and would be pushing my budget more than I would like.

I know there are others out there but that one just looked so damn good.

Have you checked all the dealers up here???? Just bought mine (997 S)last week, but I think there are a couple of 997's (non S's) around.

I think it might be a bit of tomfoolery going on. I read in the "After you decided .. how long did it take ?" that someone was turned down at the dealership for asking for service history and other stuff. Seems that they were looking for a quick sight unseen type of sale. The guy who wrote it said it happened to him twice. I kind of feel as though that is what is going on here. I am from out of state and I want history and DME on it and they dont want to play that game. I lose this round.

I was thinking about having my GF call and ask about the car. If it is still available I will just ask to talk to a different salesman, maybe the manager instead.

I dont want to say that is exactly what is going on here but it seems odd that 5 days after it was spoken for that it is still listed all over the place.

That would be great. I am very interested to see if the car is actually sold or not. If not I do think I want it more than the 2005 S in CA I am looking at.

Was there on Saturday. It is sold. Don't know why the website hasn't been updated. I guess that isn't their first priority.
