The 997.2S front is not floaty. Are you used to front-heavy cars especially FWD?
As others said, the C2S is the better car, unless you need 4WD for traction.
By itself, you cannot see the width diff as it is just 44mm. Even side-by-side is tough to see it. I think it's all in your head.

By virtue of the front wheels being driven I thought the C4S felt more connected to the road up front. This is my first rear engined car so a difference no doubt.
Don't get me wrong my car is great and part of the reason I went with the C2S was I felt it was more of a purist sports car. I guess my desire for the C4S is more looks than need for an AWD car. I store mine in the winter and get to enjoy my S4 year round and especially in the snow.
I thought that you wanted PDK with the Turbo. I won't argue the CPO used Turbo because given an either/or choice between a new 997S or a CPO Turbo .. i would pick the Turbo . Just be prepared to spend a little extra to upgrade it because the car has extraordinary mod potential.
.. They all take huge hits as you drive off the showroom floor.BTW, I was looking for a C4S when I bought my C2S. I liked the look of the wide *** but thats all I preferred over mine. I'm in So Cal, so I dont need 4WD. The 997.2 is far from light and floaty and the lighter weight and handling are superb. Enjoy your car for a while unless you have cash to burn. Its an awesome car..
