IDK how much exactly. Maybe a few grand and I already had the turbo wing from my '09 turbo. I don't dare look back at my invoices

Sewickley Car Store in Pittsburgh did all the work and the fit and finish are superb.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I'm considering bringing my 997.2 C2S back to stock -- as it's for sale.

I'll give it more time with all the mods, but may consider parting out my OEM turbo wing and all components necessary to be ported to another 997.2 (or 997.1 but I only know for sure it works on a 997.2)

Note the first post where I list all the parts necessary, including the turbo wing.

Since this is not a formal for sale offer, just PM me if you're considering this mod.

Nice work, love it ...
Just wondering if the 996 Turbo Rear Spoiler is the same size & dimension as 997 Turbo Rear Spoiler.
Search thru the ebay, found lots of 996 Turbo Rear Spoiler. But no 997 ...
Please share ... Thanks alot

I have found a turbo wing on my 997.1 4s cab it is ready to put it on and i am thinking if i can change the airbox and put from the 997.2 airbox...that is much smaller and with two openings.Does anyone knows if i can install it or is completely different?

Airbox

Ilias4s,

I just had a turbo spoiler installed on my 997.2 GTS and the air box needed to be modified too. So by just using a 997.2 air box, you won't be done.
In my case, we added to air intakes in the front of the air box. Looks great and the sound is even better.

I wanted to install a turbo wing on my 2008 997.1 S, but couldn't find one for a reasonable price. Also didn't consider the cost of changing over the airbox, etc.

could any of you guys post a pic of where the plastic rivets go, and a pic of your rubber bump stoppers? The stoppers from my 08 C4S seem to be too small for this turbo decklid. thx
