is there a difference in performance using launch control with PSM on versus off?

I have never turned PSM off. Should I? What reason to turn it off?

Is launch control the absolute fastest way to launch the car to 60 mph and thru 1/4 mile?

To be honest...once you have enough heat in the tires, you wont get tire spin even when you launch it with psm off. however, im pretty sure its faster with psm on.
