Love the TT tail.
^ +1 on the spare and . . . LOVE THE Tail!!!

I have to do some research to see if that is available and will fit a 997.1?

Mickfluff did a conversion on his 997C2, the price of the tail wasn't too bad, but the rewiring was a lot of $ IIRC.

I think there is also a Airbox problem on the 997.1 - You have to cut the OEM one or get another solution X51, EVO etc.
On ebay there are sometimes turbo wings with all cables, hydraulic and stuff for around 2.000-2.500$
When I get a good deal on a turbo wing, than I know what I gonna do -for me it is the best looking wing on a 997

I have a spare from a 996 / 986 that can fit on a 997 and 997S.
http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforum...n-a-997-a.html
Thanks to RPMert (from Rennlist) for the photo of a spare tire mounted on a 997S.
The rest of the photos are of my spare tire.
Tire size: 105/95R17
Part # 996.362.130.01
Will fit 986 Boxster '97-'04, 996 '98-'04, 987 '05-'09, and 997 '05-'08 (mostly likely will fit 997.2 also, but check with the dealer)
Price: $99 obo.
Buyer pays for shipping, or local pick up in southern California.
This spare is the fully inflated spare tire.
The spare tire fits nicely in the front trunk of my 997.
The spare tire has never been used, never mounted.
The tire is in perfect condition, and the rim is in great shape also.
PM me if you are interested.

Nice mods! Love the turbo wing. How much did that cost to install - no big fitment issues with the 997.2? (prior attempts by other 6speed members were costly, from what I remember)
