I cant tell if this is photoshopped but it looked good

 

Not so sure. I have a copy of this pic as part of my desk top at work and the wheels do not look painted. The shot would appear to have been taken at dusk and the side of the car closest to the camera appears to be in shadow. That may be why the wheels look painted, but I don't believe that's the case. The original was posted on Funcars about 2 months ago...

 

maybe they are just very dirty

 

Check the silver bezel around the headlight too....looks painted to my eye.
