On a 2009, U should easily get 25 percent off of MSRP

Why would you lease a 2009 when the deal will be much better on a 2010? The residual is most likely better on the newer car.

+1 .
BTW -I would never lease a Porsche .

I understand that there are some guys (business owners) who feel that leasing the car relates to a tax break and even in those cases .. I feel they come out behind because in three years they are faced with leasing another car and had they kept the Porsche 6 years they would be ahead --even with the write off.

I feel that Porsche leases are overpriced , the person is bound to a very expensive car , with mileage restrictions , and service requirements , and turn in requirements .. to end up with ZERO equity after paying monthly expenses which get very old as the lease wears on.

Any non business owner who leases a Porsche .. it's just completely financially irrational on every level.
