Replaced Battery, Now CEL

Short story is in the thread title, here's the longer version:

Last night, pulling out of the garage, the car didn't seem to have much juice to get it started, but it did start. Why I drove it out, I have no idea - distracted maybe. Went to dinner. I think it started OK after that, then went for a quick errand. Coming out of the pet store, the car wouldn't start - not enough juice in the battery. Called Porsche and they sent someone out to jump it. The guy didn't seem to know much about Porsche's, but he did say it was the wrong battery for the car. I drove the car home just fine. I bought the car 2 months ago, CPO from a dealership in VA. The battery is MTP-91 Interstate and they say that's just fine when I called this morning.
After calling them and PCNA, it seems like I'm not going to get any warranty assistance and I'm not too happy, but that's the way it is so no sense getting too upset.
So, the car needed another jump this morning so I went to Autozone to get a Duralast H8-DLG per recommendations here. The guy tested mine and said it was perfectly fine. Then he tested the Alternator and said that was fine. I shut the car off and we chatted a bit about going to the dealer, short or drain testing, etc. Then he says he'll check the starter and asked me to fire it up again. Sure enough, dead battery. The kid still thinks I should get it checked out at the dealership, but I figure the battery is a good guess so I buy it for ~$150 which includes tax.
Car fires right up, try a few more times, still does great. Get the PSM fault and a CEL - go to workshop or something. PSM fault goes away after my normal 25 mile commute, but the CEL is still going - not blinking but says I should take it in. Any recommendations?

I did some searches and someone said I could get the fault read at an Autozone, so maybe that's the best option (especially considering that I just bought a battery from them), unless someone else has a better idea.

Thanks in advance!
Jack

PSM fault and CEL is not unusual after the battery has been discharged or disconnected. It will go away.
